Ordering & Confirmation

All orders are made to order and processed only after payment and design confirmation.

Customers must provide accurate details during ordering; Stellar Carats is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information.
Payment & Security
At Stellar Carats, all orders require a 30% advance payment at the time of confirmation to initiate production. The remaining balance can be paid via Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pin codes, or must be cleared before dispatch if COD is not available.
All online payments are securely processed via Razorpay. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other options displayed at checkout. Orders are only confirmed once the advance or full payment (as applicable) is received.

All orders are handcrafted in our unit and delivered via Sequel Logistics Pvt Ltd.

Typical delivery timelines are 21–30 days from order confirmation, depending on design approval and production.

While we aim for prompt delivery, delays may occur due to logistics or unforeseen circumstances.
Returns, Refunds & Buyback

Jewellery must be in original, undamaged condition; any repairs or alterations elsewhere may void eligibility for returns, refunds, or buyback.
Intellectual Property

Governing Law
All disputes shall be governed by Indian law and subject to the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
Liability Disclaimer
Stellar Carats is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or products. Liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
